Here are my before and after pics -- The pic on the left is from April 08. My daughter was about 4 weeks old. I was at my heaviest of 289. The pic on the right is from Dec. 1, 09 - At my current weight of 229.
So for those that have wanted to see what I look like -- This is it - My before and my current!
